Since 1701, Waddington Almshouses have offered affordable housing for independent elderly ladies. We are recognized for the high quality of our community and for the excellence of our services to residents.

The Almshouses comprise of 24 independent single storey cottages

On site warden

Each cottage has an emergency call system to the warden’s residence.

The Almshouses have the benefit of lovely gardens that residents can enjoy; also a community room, relatives’ cottage, laundry and chapel.
